Cybersecurity Industry Workshop

The Cybersecurity Industry Workshop was successfully conducted on August 14, 2026, at Horizon Campus — organized by C²SH and the ISACA Student Group of Horizon Campus, in collaboration with SCYBERS.

This workshop was designed to help students gain real-world insights into the cybersecurity industry and get prepared for a passionate career. Participants were equipped with the knowledge needed to navigate the modern threat landscape and understand real-world industry practices.

Students had the opportunity to engage with industry professionals, participate in live demonstrations, receive career guidance, and build valuable connections with experts in the field. The workshop provided a unique platform for aspiring cybersecurity professionals to explore different career paths and understand what it takes to succeed in the industry.

Beyond the sessions, participants also experienced interactive quizzes that tested their knowledge, with gifts and prizes awarded to top performers. The workshop featured hands-on real-world case study solving, where students worked through actual cybersecurity incidents, as well as practical scenario walkthroughs that gave them a first-hand understanding of how security professionals handle threats in production environments.
